finPOWER Connect 2.00.03 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of finPOWER Connect version 2.00.03.

Note, version 2 of finPOWER Connect can run side by side with version 1.x, i.e. you don't have to uninstall version 1.x.

Warning, System Requirements have changed, see System Requirements. In particular, Windows XP is no longer supported, and the .NET framework requirement is now version 4.5.

Some of the highlights are:

  • Disbursement Accounts.
    • New Permission Key to prevent users changing Outgoing Payment details.
  • Entity Add-On.
    • New option for External Party Disbursements and Commissions to match Entities.
  • Credit Enquiries.
    • Veda Australia, updated Individual Vedascore product to version 3.5.
    • Veda Australia, updated Organisation Identification product to version 2.0.
    • Veda New Zealand, added Comprehensive Reporting Data for Consumer Enquires.
  • Bank Statement Enquires.
    • Interface to Credit Sense added for both Bank Statement and Centrelink Income Statement information - Beta only, Australia only.
  • Banking.
    • Banking Reference Number; new options to specify Prefix and Length.
    • Import service "WBC Payment CSV Payments" updated to support BPAY Reference.
  • General Ledger interface.
    • emPOWER Database and User Credentials now stored on each Entity.
  • Scripting.
    • New events added to handle additional processing requirements in:
      • Monitor Category Changes.
      • Payment Arrangements, Add Promises.
  • Regional Settings.
    • Better support and startup warnings for non day-month-year regions.
